• Product availability is not guaranteed; items may sell out or be temporarily unavailable.
• Some items (such as sold-by-weight products and prepared kitchen dishes) are weighed and prepared at the store.

4. Orders and Payment

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Clover). Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable) and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

5. Pickup and Shipping

• Pickup: pickup orders are collected at 721 W 2nd St Ste F, San Bernardino. Prepared kitchen orders are pickup only.
• Kitchen orders: egusi and fufu combos must be ordered by the daily cutoff time shown at checkout. You choose a pickup window, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
• Shipping: where available, orders ship via USPS at rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Certain items are pickup only and cannot be shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because we sell food and perishable goods, most items are not returnable once they leave the store. If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly at (909) 521-7027 and we will make it right.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from We Yone African Market, including order updates, pickup notifications, and (if you opted in to marketing) promotions and new-arrival announcements.

The We Yone name, logo, website content, and photography are the property of We Yone African Market and may not be copied or used without permission.

Our website and products are provided "as is."
